  • Standpoint Building Workshop

    Help each individual establish their own informed stance on the topic with curated content and learning paths for your team. Don’t be influenced by your echo chamber. Our workshop will help you (and your team members) confidently find your own informed stance.

  • Ask the Experts

    Your team will pick a topic. We’ll find subject matter experts with differing opinions and bring them to your team. You and your teammates can ask them anything in these interactive AMA sessions. Get more clarity on the topic and be more informed on where you stand as individuals and as a team.

  • Custom Debate Event

    We’ll bring subject matter experts with competing standpoints to debate a topic of your teams choosing. Start building and refining your own standpoint as you hear the best arguments and data in direct competition.

  • Group Coaching

    Your team will participate in group coaching sessions using your chosen topic to help team members develop the 6 Characteristics of Changemakers. Learn skills for sharing your views in a way that is both confident and caring.

  • Empathy and Storytelling

    Join targeted empathy-building workshops to develop soft skills that make up a healthy team culture. Learn to tell personal stories that affect your standpoints in order to help others understand you and build connections. Practice listening with care, communicating understanding, and asking questions courageously and respectfully.

  • Take Action

    It’s one thing to have a stance; it’s another thing to do something about it. For true changemakers, continually making thoughtful, informed contributions has become second nature. To build this “bias for contribution” each participant will pledge to take a specific action that’s authentically aligned with their own standpoint.
